anet Kovacs, an Irvington resident, has been appointed manager of Houlihan Lawrence's Bronxville brokerage. With a decade-long tenure at the company, Kovacs has held various roles, starting as a residential real estate salesperson in the Irvington office in 2013. She quickly built a successful business and was promoted to Brokerage Manager for the Irvington and Ardsley offices in 2016, overseeing more than 50 agents.
In 2022, Kovacs transitioned to the corporate office in Rye Brook as Product Manager, working closely with marketing, training, and technology teams to develop tools for agents. As a seasoned professional, Kovacs is now eager to leverage her expertise in real estate technology and past brokerage experience to support agents in lower Westchester.
A married mother of two, Kovacs is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and OneKey Multiple Listing Service.
