Jet Parts Engineering leases 55,325 sq ft industrial building in Hauppauge.

et Parts Engineering, a Seattle-based company, has leased the 55,325-square-foot industrial building at 30 Rasons Court in Hauppauge. The company will consolidate its two locations on Commerce Drive and Keyland Court, totaling about 25,000 square feet. JPE plans to relocate to the new space this spring after investing in renovations and upgrades. Founded in 1994, JPE has grown through acquisitions and now operates under a corporate umbrella with two Long Island companies.

    In Massapequa, SNS Installations purchased a 6,716-square-foot industrial building at 2 Kenwood Ave. for $2.1 million. The company specializes in banking equipment installation and signage construction. Michael Berndt and Gary Chimeri of Paramount Properties Group represented both the buyer and seller in the sales transaction.

    USPS has signed a 10-year lease for 13,648 square feet at Terryville Plaza on Old Town Road in Port Jefferson Station. The post office will relocate from its current location this spring, taking over space formerly occupied by Rite Aid. Trent Dickey and Jeff Salino of JLL represented USPS, while Mike Lightcap of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the landlord.

    DZREJ Success LLC purchased a 1,800-square-foot retail building at 303 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook for $900,000. Jesse Jimenez of Primal Property Group represented the buyer, who was self-represented by the seller.

    Enjoyabowl Holdings LLC acquired a 5,000-square-foot retail building on Hempstead Turnpike in West Hempstead for $1.558 million. The property is fully occupied and sold at a 5.26 percent cap rate. Sophie Wang of Voro represented the buyer, while Ron Koenigsberg of American Investment Properties represented the seller.
