The Louisiana-based brokerage, with seven offices and over 50 affiliated sales associates, offers a range of real estate services across the state, including residential, commercial, new construction, land development, and rentals.

    Founded by brothers James and Justin Rhodes in Natchitoches in 2018, the firm has expanded its reach statewide. The pair also founded their own construction company in 2010, specializing in single-family homes, subdivisions, and large projects. They met Rodrick McIntosh, a lifelong real estate professional, who is now the firm's lead broker.
