A
Beverly Hills estate once owned by the late Brian Goldner, former CEO of Hasbro, has hit the market for $27 million. The 7,500-square-foot traditional-style house at 610 North Canon Drive was purchased in 2020 under a trust in his wife's name for $18 million. After Goldner's passing from cancer in 2021 at age 58, his widow Barbara put the property up for sale.
The estate features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and was renovated by Obama White House designer Michael Smith. The two-story white brick house boasts a soaring sky-lit foyer with an iron-railed staircase, a marble fireplace in the living room, and a gourmet kitchen with a central island and breakfast nook. A formal dining room is adorned with silver and white scenic wallpaper.
The backyard offers a pool with a spa and Baja shelf, as well as a built-in barbecue beside a pergola-shaded fireplace lounge. A guesthouse serves as a gym, and there's an attached two-car garage. The property is listed by Antonio Bruno of Sotheby's International Realty-Beverly Hills Brokerage and Tomer Fridman of Christie's International Real Estate. Barbara Goldner, a clinical social worker, owns additional property in Rhode Island and is relocating out of state.
