With a median annual income exceeding $250,000, residents in this affluent suburb expect nothing but the best. The estate was previously sold in April before reappearing on the market with a 4% markup.

    In recent months, several high-end properties have hit the market in Southlake and surrounding areas. Another estate nearby, at 1469 Sunshine Lane, listed for over $27 million – a 50% increase from its previous listing of $17.9 million. The property's opulent features include a glass-enclosed trampoline, two saltwater pools, and a soundproof music room.

    The ultra-luxury home market in Texas has seen significant activity this year, with Dallas-Fort Worth leading the state with 11 sales listed for over $10 million. This already surpasses last year's count of eight sales and outpaces Houston's six so far.
