his week's top real estate sale was a home in Corey's Landing, selling to Michael Konig, trustee, for $3.3 million. The property at 3464 Mistletoe Lane boasts three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,367 square feet of living space, built in 1989.
In John Ringling Estates, a home at 143 Harrison Drive changed hands for $1.6 million. George and Ellen Featherstone sold the eight-bedroom, eight-bath property to Surf Rider Lido LLC, which was built in 1972 and has 3,300 square feet of living area.
A condominium unit at Lido Harbour Towers also saw a significant sale. Jerry and Diane Pate sold their Unit 103 condo at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Russell and Saundra Schuster for $800,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath property was built in 1970 and has 1,168 square feet of living space.
In the Ringling area, Philip and Cathy Byler sold their home at 750 Saint Judes Drive N. to HOTH LBK LLC for $600,000. This 1958-built property features two bedrooms, two baths, a pool, and 1,224 square feet of living area.
