The property, which features historic architectural details and is situated near an Orange Line T station, is currently home to several medical tenants, including Tufts Medicine.

    The building offers convenient on-site parking and recently vacated first-floor space previously occupied by Mass General/Mass Eye & Ear. The buyer, 578 Group, LLC, plans to utilize part of the vacant space for its own operations, solidifying its commitment to delivering healthcare services in the area.

    Steve Nohrden and Charlie Jacob represented the seller, an affiliate of United Properties, while Evan Koogler represented the buyer. This sale highlights ongoing investment in Malden's commercial corridor, particularly in the healthcare sector, and reflects confidence in the city's growth trajectory.
