arcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) has sold Leominster Plaza, a 20,279-square-foot retail center in Massachusetts, for $7.2 million. The buyer was attracted to the property's service-oriented tenants and corporate-backed leases, according to Adam Cohen, first vice president investments.

    Cohen and Brett Kilar of Marcus & Millichap's Boston office exclusively marketed the property and secured the sale. Leominster Plaza is anchored by ConvenientMD, with over 13 years remaining on its lease, and features other tenants such as GEICO, ARA Leominster Dialysis, and Kids Care+, all operating under triple-net leases.

    Located at 20 Commercial Road, the plaza sits on a 2.02-acre parcel adjacent to Route 2 and near the largest retail hub in the area, featuring national retailers like CVS, Starbucks, and The Home Depot.
