axx Anderson has spent two decades as a successful realtor with Smith and Company Real Estate, but she's now expanding her skills and passion at KellerWilliams Northern Michigan Properties. After 20 years with the independent company, Anderson is joining the top franchised real estate company in the world, known for its large agent count and sales volume.
Anderson will be staying in Sault Ste. Marie, working alongside nine other professional realtors at the KW office on Easterday Avenue. With a proven track record of selling 40-50 properties per year, Anderson brings valuable experience to her new role. She's excited about the opportunity to leverage KellerWilliams' systems and programs to take her career to the next level.
Broker/owner Leah Jackson has known Anderson for years and is confident in her ability to succeed at KW Northern Michigan Properties. "Her marketing skills alone show me that she will succeed," Jackson said, highlighting Anderson's business acumen and potential impact on the office.
Anderson credits Jackson with being a dynamic businesswoman who has made a name for herself in the real estate industry. The two have a strong friendship outside of work, built on mutual respect and admiration for each other's work ethic. Anderson is eager to get started at KW, focusing on consulting, marketing, referrals, and growing the sales team through available tools and systems.
To celebrate her new role, KellerWilliams Northern Michigan Properties will be hosting a Home Buyer Fair on January 12th from 11am-2pm at their office on Easterday Avenue.
