Meridian Brokers Join Arrow Real Estate Advisors' Growing Team

rrow Real Estate Advisors has expanded its team with the addition of three brokers from Meridian Capital Group. Jacob Schmuckler, Eli Serebrowski, and Meir Schlusselberg join Arrow as senior directors and vice president, respectively. The trio brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having collectively structured or closed over 2,250 deals worth more than $17 billion in loan volume during their careers.

    "We are thrilled to welcome Jacob, Eli, and Meir to the team," said Morris Betesh, founder of Arrow Real Estate Advisors. "Their expertise will enable us to deliver strategic business plans that maximize value for our clients across various asset classes."

    This latest addition follows a mass exodus from Meridian Capital Group last fall, when 15 high-profile executives, including Betesh, left the firm to launch Arrow. The brokerage has continued to grow, with recent hires including Eliott Zeitoune from JLL and Michael Wlody as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

    Schmuckler's notable deals include a $54 million acquisition loan for a joint venture involving PH Realty Capital, Alma Realty, and Rockledge. Serebrowski has closed over 600 transactions with a total loan value of $3.5 billion, while Schlusselberg has executed over 750 deals worth more than $5 billion in originations.
