Alex Meirowitz brings a wealth of knowledge in complex commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in both debt and equity representations. His practice encompasses purchase and sales, borrower- and lender-side financings, and joint venture formations across various asset classes, including office, multi-family, data centers, logistics, industrial, and retail.
Meirowitz's impressive client roster includes top financial institutions, private equity funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
