outhwest Value Partners' Pinnacle Tower is set to open in March with Industrious coworking space on board. The New York-based firm has secured 30,000 square feet on the 14th floor of the 35-story building at Nashville Yards, marking its fourth location in the city since entering the market in 2016.
The $1 billion Nashville Yards project is a 19-acre development featuring office, retail, entertainment, hospitality, and residential towers. Industrious will join prominent tenants like Pinnacle Financial Partners, Bass Berry & Sims, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The coworking location is expected to open next summer, complementing Industrious' existing spaces in Gulch Crossing, downtown's Philips Plaza, and Germantown's Neuhoff District.
The expansion reflects Nashville's rapid growth and increasing demand for flexible office space. "Our expansion matches the rapid expansion of Nashville," said Peri Demestihas, head of real estate growth for Industrious. "We're adding inventory in strategic areas to cater to our members' needs."
Nashville Yards continues to attract interest from various industries, with recent additions including a wine bar and two hat brands from Salt Lake City. Developer Tony Giarratana has also secured $232 million in construction financing to build the Paramount, a 60-story condo and apartment tower near Nashville Yards.
