orthmarq has launched a new office in Charleston’s Morrison Yard, bolstering its Southeast footprint and anchoring operations in a market. The 12‑story tower, located just outside the Ravenel Bridge, will house the firm’s Charleston team, which now represents half of Northmarq’s investment‑sales staff. Managing director Amar Goli, who also oversees Atlanta and Charlotte teams, will lead the new office. “This move is more than a new address; it signals our commitment to the communities where our clients invest,” Goli said. Senior Vice President Ani Paulson added that Charleston’s history, creativity, and people resonate with the team, making the expansion both exciting and personally meaningful.
