Tricap, led by David Edelstein, leased 1,500 square feet, while Foster + Partners leased 4,000 square feet of indoor space and a 3,500-square-foot patio. The companies are working on interior buildouts.
Eataly will open at CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach's fall next year, featuring pickleball courts through early next year. CityPickle will operate the courts, offering open play, private lessons, clinics, and event bookings. Related Companies developed CityPlace in 2000, with Steve Ross stepping back from leading Related Companies to form Related Ross.
