nita Verma-Lallian, a film producer and real estate developer, has purchased Matthew Perry's former home in Pacific Palisades for $8.5 million in an off-market deal. In an Instagram post, she revealed that the "Batman" logo installed by Perry in the pool will not be removed.

Verma-Lallian fell in love with the house as soon as her agent showed it to her, citing its stunning view of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful design elements. She plans to make some changes to the property but wants to preserve its unique features, including the "Batman" logo.

The new owner stated that she didn't consider Perry's passing when making her decision to buy the house, instead focusing on the home's positive energy and history. As a Hindu, Verma-Lallian performed a blessing ceremony with her Panditji from Arizona before moving in.

Verma-Lallian expressed admiration for Perry's talent and the joy he brought to many people, choosing to honor his legacy by keeping the "Batman" logo intact. She also shared that she will make new memories in the house, which she considers a piece of paradise filled with light.

Perry purchased the 3,500-square-foot home for $6 million in 2020 and renovated it shortly before his death. He referred to the property as "heaven," and Verma-Lallian plans to continue creating happy memories there.

Matthew Perry's former home pool with preserved Batman logo remains unchanged.
