ewmark has brokered the sale of Burlington BioCenter, a cutting-edge life science facility at 4 Burlington Woods Drive in Burlington, Massachusetts. The 109,085-square-foot building was acquired by an undisclosed owner-user.
Led by Robert Griffin and Edward Maher, Newmark's team highlighted the property's unique features, including turnkey laboratory infrastructure and modern buildouts. "Burlington BioCenter stands out for its cutting-edge systems and immediate occupancy potential," said Matthew Pullen. Completed in 2019 with final interior lab buildouts in 2022, the property boasts high-performance lab infrastructure, a freight elevator, and flexible floor plates.
As one of the few fully built-out life science properties in the Burlington submarket, Burlington BioCenter offers immediate move-in readiness, a significant advantage over competing properties.
