James Dwiggins and Keith Robinson, co-hosts of the Real Estate Insiders Unfiltered podcast, have taken on a new challenge: sharing the role of NextHome CEO. This move is designed to "ramp up our already winning strategy," according to Robinson. As co-CEOs, Dwiggins will focus on franchise expansion, while Robinson will oversee internal operations.

NextHome has experienced significant growth since its founding in 2015, with a national network of 600 offices and nearly 6,000 agents. The company was recently named the No. 1 franchise brand in the country by Franchise Business Review. NextHome aims to double its number of franchise offices and agents over the next four years.

Robinson emphasized that this shared leadership structure will enable NextHome to scale its growth while leaving no one behind. "In this shifting market, hope isn't a strategy; but a strategy gives everyone hope," he said in a statement.

This move follows similar leadership structures at other residential brokerages, including @properties and Windermere. Meanwhile, Zillow has promoted two longtime executives: Michael Sherman to senior vice president of rentals and Cynthia Taylor to senior vice president of agent software and advertising.
