extHome Joins Forces with Zillow to Revolutionize Listing Transparency

    In a groundbreaking move, NextHome has partnered with Zillow to prioritize consumer-centric listing standards, ensuring that the largest possible audience of buyers can access its listings. This strategic alliance marks a significant step towards creating a more open and competitive housing market.

This partnership sets a new industry standard for listing access, aligning with Zillow's commitment to equitable and timely access to real estate information.

    Zillow's listing standards are designed to implement the National Association of Realtors' Clear Cooperation policy on its platform. Listings must be publicly marketed to any buyer within one day and published on Zillow and other MLS-fed sites. Non-compliant listings will not be published on Zillow or Trulia for the duration of the listing.
