Nocatee Development Lands VanTrust HQ Permit Approval

Company Relocates to Park Place One Property

anTrust Real Estate is gearing up to relocate its Jacksonville headquarters from Town Center One to Nocatee in early 2025. The city has issued a permit for Marcy Construction Group LLC to build out space for VanTrust at Park Place One, located at 100 Palmetto Park Place, with a project cost of $701,960. The build-out will cover 3,005 square feet on the third floor in Suite 300.

    As the owner of Park Place One and surrounding land, VanTrust Real Estate is developing a master-planned office park spanning 60 acres. Treace Medical Concepts Inc. is already a tenant at the four-story building, which totals 125,000 square feet. In contrast, the company currently leases space in Suite 100 at Town Center One, situated about 15 miles north.

    VanTrust Real Estate has a history of developing office buildings, including Town Center One and Town Center Two, which were completed in 2018 and 2019, respectively. The company sold these properties near St. Johns Town Center to TPG Real Estate for $107.1 million in January 2020. Founded in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2010, VanTrust Real Estate has developed over 61 million square feet of projects nationwide, encompassing office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, science and technology, and hospitality properties.
