isa Dubois, a Northern Virginia real estate professional, has found a unique way to showcase homes and connect with her audience through humor. Her creative social media strategy involves hiding in the nooks and crannies of her listings, creating ASMR-style videos that have gone viral on Instagram and TikTok.

    Over three months, several of Dubois' videos have gained significant traction, with one reaching over a million views in just one week. This unexpected success has blown her away, and she now boasts over 33,000 followers on TikTok and more than 77,000 on Instagram.

    Dubois credits her creative partnership with Eric Cruz, owner of Idea Therapy, for the success of her videos. They brainstorm and film content together once a month, resulting in eight to ten videos that Dubois releases on her social media pages. "I look forward to my video day each month," she says. "I like reading the comments and just making people laugh."

    As a 20-year veteran in the real estate industry, Dubois also has a passion for helping people find their perfect home. She views herself as a matchmaker, meeting clients and finding their ideal property. With a strong online presence crucial in today's digital era, Dubois uses her social media channels to showcase available homes and build awareness about local causes.

    In the future, she plans to highlight her favorite local businesses or fundraisers on her page once a month, shedding light on important issues like cystic fibrosis through events such as Bishop O'Connell High School's Super Dance.
