    In Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea, a house at 16 Tidewater Drive topped the real estate transactions from Sept. 20-26. Built in 1989, the 5/4.5 home features two fireplaces, a pool, spa, dock, boat house, and 5,133 square feet. It sold for $860,000 in 2019.

    Condo sales included a unit at 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., which sold on Sept. 20 for $105,000. Built in 1973, the 2/2.5 condo has 1,252 square feet and last sold in 1989 for $53,000.

    In Ormond Beach's Archer's Mill subdivision, two homes under construction were sold: one at 342 E. Merimont Lane for $343,110 (a future 2/2 with 1,816 sqft) and another at 334 E. Merimont Lane for $324,990 (a future 3/2 with 1,641 sqft).

    In Fountain View, a house under construction at 1450 Fountain View St. sold on Sept. 24 for $374,990 (a future 4/2 with 1,828 sqft). In Halifax Plantation, a home under construction at 2796 Portadown St. sold on Sept. 20 for $359,990 (a future 3/2 with 1,614 sqft).

    Other notable sales included:

    * A house at 338 Newbliss Circle in Halifax Plantation sold on Sept. 25 for $385,000. Built in 1995, the 3/2 home has a fireplace and 1,917 square feet.

    * A house at 481 Fred Gamble Way sold on Sept. 25 for $370,000. Built in 1985, the 4/3.5 home has 2,483 square feet.

    * A house at 1523 N. Beach St. in Oak Forest sold on Sept. 20 for $285,000. Built in 1978, the 3/2 home has a fireplace and 1,870 square feet.

    * A house at 476 Riverside Drive in Ormond Beach Park sold on Sept. 24 for $700,000. Built in 1964, the 3/2 home has 2,160 square feet.

    * A house at 84 Ormond Shores Drive in Ormond Shores sold on Sept. 20 for $310,000. Built in 1960, the 3/2 home has a fireplace and 1,954 square feet.

    * A house at 1096 Hampstead Lane in Plantation Bay sold on Sept. 25 for $990,000. Built in 2003, the 3/3 home has a fireplace, pool, spa, and 3,505 square feet.

    * A house at 425 Sand Creek Lane in Tymber Creek sold on Sept. 23 for $520,000. Built in 1997, the 4/2.5 home has a fireplace, pool, spa, and 2,183 square feet.

    * A house at 71 Village Drive in Village of Pine Run sold on Sept. 23 for $580,000. Built in 1981, the 4/3 home sits on 1.49 acres and has a fireplace and 1,726 square feet.

    In Ormond-by-the-Sea, notable sales included:

    * A house at 125 Longwood Drive in Brendale Heights sold on Sept. 20 for $200,200. Built in 1958, the 2/2 home has 1,130 square feet.

    * A house at 58 River Shore Drive in Ocean Shores sold on Sept. 23 for $310,000. Built in 1955, the 2/2 home has 1,026 square feet.

    * A house at 9 Sea Gull Drive in Seabridge South sold on Sept. 25 for $515,000. Built in 1990, the 3/2 home has a pool, spa, and 1,468 square feet.
