The combined entity will offer vacation, real estate, long-term residential, and commercial services under the Resort Realty brand. This partnership allows Colony Realty to focus on internal support areas such as training, operational efficiencies, and marketing, while Resort Realty expands its vacation rental management capabilities.

    Senior leadership will consist of Tom Stewart as COO, John Head leading Real Estate Sales, and Brandi Ward directing the division. Jaime Pennington, formerly of Colony Realty, will oversee Long-Term and Commercial Property Management. According to John Head, this partnership creates a world-class real estate services firm with unparalleled resort market experience and local expertise.
