ondo sales in Palm Beach County declined last month. According to Multiple Listing Service data from Redfin, September sales totaled $221 million, down from $233 million in August. The number of closed sales also decreased, dropping to 445 from 546 in August and 613 in July.

    Median sale prices ranged from $30,000 to $9.4 million, with a median price of $250,000. Prices per square foot varied between $21 and $2,265, with a median of $228 per square foot. This marks the fifth consecutive month that total sales dollar volume has fallen in Palm Beach County.

    The top sale was unit 505 at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton, which sold for $9.4 million after 284 days on the market. The priciest sale in August was unit 2201 at La Clara in West Palm Beach, which closed for $5.8 million.
