onstruction executives Rod and Gregory Oneglia have sold their Kirkland House condo in Palm Beach for a record-breaking $15.7 million. The off-market deal saw the trust they represent, along with attorney Robert F. Cohn, sell unit 6A to Nicholas Adams. This sale surpasses the previous price record set by Bennie and Stephanie Bray's purchase of unit 3A in 2022 for $15 million.
The Oneglias' condo, which spans 4,100 square feet, boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. They acquired it in 2013 for $5.8 million. The six-story Kirkland House, built in 1976, faces the beach and is now one of the priciest units in the building.
The sale comes as condo sales in Palm Beach County have slowed down. However, luxury projects planned for West Palm Beach are expected to bring thousands of new units to the market in the coming years, with high demand and strong presales reported for developments like Related Ross' South Flagler House and Terra's Mr. C Hotel & Residences.
