remier Estate Properties has leased a second office in Palm Beach, located on Bankers Row. Top agent Margit Brandt will lead the new space, which is specifically designed for her team and high-profile clients. The 1,550-square-foot office at 230 Royal Palm Way offers a more discreet setting away from retail areas.

    Brandt, who joined Premier in 2022 and has since closed over $1 billion in sales, sought a central location that would accommodate her growing team of five support staff. She plans to renovate the space with an interior designer and expects it to open in early autumn.

    Premier's seventh office will be led by Brandt, who has quickly risen through the ranks of Palm Beach's top agents since launching her career on the island in 2019. The brokerage is not looking to expand further at this time, according to its leaders Carmen D'Angelo and brothers Joe and Gerry Liguori.

    The lease for the Bankers Row office starts August 1, with an average asking rent of $134 per square foot, making it one of the most expensive commercial rents in the country. Premier has offices in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Vero Beach, and Delray Beach, but is satisfied with its current seven locations.
