    Partners Group has appointed Mike Bryant as its sole global head of real estate, succeeding Karim Habra who is departing to explore new opportunities. This change follows the firm's acquisition of Empira Group and marks a significant restructuring of the real estate division. Bryant brings extensive experience from his previous roles at GE Capital Real Estate, HVB Real Estate Capital, Erste Bank, Coopers and Lybrand, and Cushman & Wakefield.

    Industriens Pension has welcomed Peter Mikkelsen as its new head of real assets, replacing Jan Østergaard who will continue in a specialist role. Mikkelsen joins from Marselis, where he was co-owner and CIO, and brings expertise gained from various management roles at Nordea. Søren Tang Kristensen will remain head of real estate and report to Mikkelsen.

    LaSalle Investment Management has announced leadership changes in its Asia Pacific division. Steve Hyung Kim and Kunihiko Okumura have been appointed co-CIOs, succeeding Claire Tang who is departing to pursue other opportunities. Okumura and Kim will also take on roles as co-heads of Asia Pacific and join LaSalle's Global Management Committee.

    CBRE has promoted Becky Stormer to lead its sports sector offering in the UK, while Marcus Lemli has been appointed head of capital markets in Germany. Lemli joins from Savills, where he was CEO of Germany and head of investment for Europe.

    PureSky Energy has appointed Rami Khadra as its new CFO. Khadra brings experience from his previous roles at Amp Energy, Algonquin Power & Utilities, Brookfield Renewable Partners, and Nakheel.

    EQT has named William Vettorato to lead the EQT Nexus Infrastructure advisory team. Vettorato joins from Partners Group, where he was head of fund strategy.

    Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has appointed Guy Alexander Cawthra as its new CEO, replacing Kelvin Chow who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

    Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed Chris Watt as a partner, focusing on the in-town shopping centre and retail leisure market. Watt joins from Lunson Mitchenal, where he was a director.

    Allura Real Estate Partners has been launched by Ian Kelley, who brings experience from his previous roles at CBRE Investment Management, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Bouygues Immobilier, and Polo Ralph Lauren.

    GRR Garbe Retail Real Estate has appointed Carolin Pfeffer as head of capital markets and strategy. Pfeffer joins from DWS, where she spent over a decade in various roles.

    Bidwells has strengthened its project management leadership with the arrival of Darren Wright, David Boles, and Richie Collins as partners.

    European Green Logistics Space has welcomed Max Weber as director of investment and transaction and Thomas Unzen as director of development and project management. The two will join Mario Sander at EGLS's new office in Frankfurt.

    Gleeds has announced changes to its leadership team, with David Johnson taking on the role of COO and joining the group board. Salar Farzad will retain his position as CFO and assume additional responsibilities as chief administrative officer.
