ountain Realty ERA Powered has acquired Miller & Associates Real Estate, a Gettysburg-based brokerage founded in 2006 by Marshall Miller. The merged firm will operate under the Mountain Realty ERA Powered name with 34 agents across two offices.

    The acquisition expands Mountain Realty's presence in central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, adding Adams, Franklin, and York counties to its territory. Miller will oversee agent recruitment and regional growth initiatives for the expanded western region.

    "We wanted to offer our agents a steppingstone to greater success," Miller said. "As part of ERA, we now have access to cutting-edge tools, streamlined processes, and improved training programs."

    The partnership allows Mountain Realty to expand its reach in central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, according to owner Nathan Mountain. "We're excited to work with like-minded professionals who value a community-focused environment where agents feel supported and valued," he said.

    Mountain Realty plans to use the acquisition as a springboard for growth, including team expansion, new office openings, and enhanced service offerings.
