On St. Pete Beach, several homes changed hands. A 3/3 condo at 5301 Gulf Blvd., #C304, built in 2006 with 2,380 square feet, sold for $1.3 million after listing for $1.5 million. Nearby, a 3/3.5 home at 1014 Boca Ciega Isle Dr., built in 1950 with 1,955 square feet, sold for $890,000 after listing for $1.25 million.
Other sales on St. Pete Beach included a 3/2 home at 6600 Sunset Way, #120, built in 1960 with 1,673 square feet, which sold for $910,000 after listing for $900,000. A similar home at 500 Belle Point Dr. also sold for $910,000 after listing for $900,000.
On Treasure Island, a 2/2.5 townhouse at 12582 Capri Circle N., built in 1972 with 1,260 square feet, sold for $800,000 after listing for $849,500. A 4/3 home at 11440 7th St. E., built in 1973 with 2,315 square feet, sold for $750,000 after listing for $795,000.
