single-family house in Aurora topped the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Portage County last week, selling for $785,000. In total, 35 homes were sold in the county over the past week, with an average price of $311,123 and an average price per square foot of $174.

    The top five sales include:

    * A single-family home at 436 Oakgrove Street in Ravenna sold for $350,000, built in 2006 with a living area of 2,249 square feet.

    * A single-family house at 705 McRoberts Avenue in Aurora sold for $360,000, built in 2013 with a living area of 1,456 square feet.

    * A single-family residence at 12516 State Route 700 in Hiram Township sold for $370,000, built in 1945 with a living area of 1,242 square feet.

    * A single-family house at 3366 Hommon Road in Ravenna Township sold for $375,000, built in 1968 with a living area of 1,996 square feet.

    * A single-family home at 8502 Eden Court in Streetsboro sold for $415,000, built in 2020 with a living area of 2,526 square feet.

    Other notable sales include:

    * A single-family residence at 9715 Williams Road in Palmyra Township sold for $549,700.

    * A single-family home at 3220 Woods Trail in Brimfield Township sold for $650,000.

    * A single-family house at 2575 Frost Road in Streetsboro sold for $680,000.
