Here are the top 10 sales:
1. $10.5 million: The single-family residence at 4375 Southshore Blvd. in Lake Oswego sold for $10.5 million, with a living area of 6,362 square feet and a price per square foot of $1,650.
2. $2.1 million: A detached house at 1960 Mapleleaf Road in Lake Oswego was sold for $2.145 million, with a total area of 1,210 square feet and a price per square foot of $1,773.
3. $2 million: The single-family home at 2165 Ridge Pointe Drive in Lake Oswego changed hands for $1.953 million, with a living area of 4,700 square feet and a price per square foot of $416.
4. $1.9 million: Two properties sold for $1.943 million each: one at 373 W. Fir Loop in Washougal and another at 30200 N.W. 18th Place in Ridgefield, both with living areas over 3,000 square feet and prices per square foot ranging from $470 to $610.
5. $1.8 million: The single-family residence at 11360 S.E. 172nd Ave. in Damascus sold for $1.825 million, with a living area of 1,872 square feet and a price per square foot of $975.
6. $1.7 million: A single-family home at 2775 S.W. 106th Ave. in Portland was sold for $1.65 million, with a living area of 3,672 square feet and a price per square foot of $449.
7. $1.6 million: Two properties sold for $1.595 million each: one at 3639 N.W. Thurman Street in Portland and another at 15112 Quarry Road in Lake Oswego, both with living areas over 3,000 square feet and prices per square foot ranging from $301 to $484.
8. $1.4 million: A single-family residence at 9009 N.E. 212th Ave. in Vancouver was sold for $1.4 million, with a living area of 3,412 square feet and a price per square foot of $410.
