oston-based real estate investor and operator Synergy announced that Primark has leased additional space at 101 Arch Street, expanding their US headquarters to 9,396 square feet. This expansion will be located adjacent to Primark's flagship Boston store at 10 Summer Street.

    Primark, an international fashion retailer with over 450 locations across Europe and the United States, was founded in 1969. Their Boston location was their first US store and served as a gateway for US expansion. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

    101 Arch Street, a LEED Gold Certified tower in Downtown Crossing, offers Class-A office and retail space with amenities such as parking, a fitness center, bike storage, and a café. Synergy's Turnkey approach facilitated the seamless transition to Primark's new space, with in-house design and construction experts working closely with the Primark team.
