rudent Growth Partners, a private equity real estate firm based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, has acquired the Whipple Bradley Plaza for $2.73 million. The 20,751-square-foot shopping center at 4915 Whipple Ave. NW is home to seven tenants, including the U.S. Army Recruiting Office and Health & Fitness Equipment Center. Tom Hahn, president of Prudent Growth Partners, expressed enthusiasm about adding the property to their portfolio, citing its strategic location in a growing area of Canton. The plaza also houses Framer's Workshop and other businesses, positioning it for continued success under new ownership.
