artin Cooper, boss of North Shore real estate agency Harcourts Cooper & Co, faced a tribunal in Auckland today. He admitted to making mistakes after his business and Harcourts were charged with misconduct for failing to provide required documents. Cooper acknowledged responsibility, saying "I dropped the ball." The charges relate to alleged breaches of industry rules.
