Commercial Alliance Las Vegas Announces New Leadership for 2025, with Industry Leader Jennifer Weinberg as President.

he Associated Builders and Contractors of Nevada (ABC Nevada) honored outstanding individuals and projects in the construction industry at its 33rd annual Excellence in Construction safety recognition and awards luncheon. The event, held on December 6 at Carmine's Italian Restaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars, brought together over 100 industry professionals to celebrate leadership, innovation, diversity, and safety.

    "We're proud of our members who are driving growth and prosperity in Nevada through their hard work and dedication," said Mac Bybee, president and CEO of ABC Nevada. "This event is a testament to the industry's commitment to excellence and safety."

    Award winners included:

    * First Place:

     + Helix Electric for its work on Creech AFB FY 19 MQ9 Ground Control Station Operations

     + SR Construction, Inc. for its work on ER @ Cadence and West Henderson Hospital

     + Martin-Harris Construction for its work on The APEX at Meadows Luxury Apartments

    * Second Place:

     + Martin-Harris Construction for its work on Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace Las Vegas

     + Helix Electric for its work on RTC Solar Bus Stops and Magnolia

    ABC Nevada is a statewide construction industry trade association representing over 250 members. The organization focuses on workforce development, safety, and legislative advocacy to protect and advance the construction industry's interests.

    In other news, Jennifer Weinberg was elected president of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) for 2025. A commercial and business broker with BHHS Nevada Properties, Weinberg previously served as CALV's president-elect in 2024. She succeeds Christopher McGarey, who will serve as immediate past president.

    The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas is a leading organization for commercial real estate professionals in Southern Nevada, providing education, networking opportunities, and advocacy for the industry.
