    In Minnesota, Prospera Properties has affiliated with ERA Real Estate, serving the greater Minneapolis and Twin Cities region. Founded by Keith Taylor in 2023, the company specializes in lakefront, luxury, multifamily, and investment properties. Taylor sees the ERA affiliation as a catalyst to upscale his operations, leveraging the brand's resources, technology, and processes.

    In Texas, Lucky Money Real Estate has joined Century 21, adding 120 agents to the network. Led by Lisa Benoit, who has nearly two decades of experience in real estate, the firm aims to double its agent count within a year and bring in more leads for existing agents.
