eteran NYC luxury agent Julie Pham has joined Compass after 20 years at Corcoran, forming the Julie Pham Team with industry veteran Angela Remigio. The team, which specializes in upscale Manhattan properties, achieved $47 million in sales volume last year and plans to expand its reach to affluent markets globally.
Pham believes New York City's appeal remains strong due to its unique blend of career opportunities, cultural vibrancy, and intellectual energy. She predicts a long-term upward trajectory for prices in the city, solidifying its position as one of the world's most resilient real estate markets.
Remigio also joins Compass from Corcoran, where she spent over 12 years. The team is welcomed by Compass Tri State Vice President Gordon Golub, who sees it as an opportunity to build a strong future together.
In other news, Results Realty ERA Powered has acquired Mark Allen Realty in Chicago, expanding its presence in the area and adding nearly 50 agents to its roster. The acquisition gives Results Realty two new offices and positions the company for accelerated growth, according to broker/owner Judy Cox.
Mark Allen Realty's Matt Liss will remain with the firm, which now operates as Mark Allen Realty ERA Powered. He cites improved support systems and a larger collaborative network as key benefits of joining a stronger, unified company.
