Srivatsaa moves to Real's board, citing need for bigger role.

S
harran Srivatsaa's next chapter unfolds as he steps down from his role as president of Real Brokerage, a company that has experienced unprecedented growth under his leadership. With agent numbers nearly doubling for the second consecutive year and annual revenue surpassing $1 billion, Srivatsaa's impact on the real estate landscape is undeniable.

As he transitions to the board of directors, Srivatsaa emphasized the need for him to take on a more significant role in shaping Real Brokerage's future. "The industry is undergoing a profound transformation," he noted, "and I'm eager to contribute as 'the agent's voice' in advising our strategy and vision."

Srivatsaa's departure from his day-to-day operations was a collaborative decision with Tamir Poleg, co-founder and CEO of Real Brokerage. The two have maintained a close relationship since the company's inception.

Looking ahead, Srivatsaa has no plans to join another real estate firm, instead focusing on delivering on the promises he made at Real Brokerage. He does, however, express a desire to reconnect with industry influencers and explore opportunities in private equity.

As he reflects on his accomplishments, Srivatsaa is most proud of cultivating a unique culture at Real Brokerage, one that prioritizes kindness and compassion alongside hard work. This ethos has become an integral part of the company's identity, even extending to its branded apparel.
