echat, a self-described "super app" for real estate agents and brokerages, has integrated its platform with Figma, a popular collaborative design tool. This move marks the first Figma integration in real estate marketing. The partnership allows marketing teams to leverage Figma's robust design capabilities and push designs directly into Rechat Studio, where agents can use them for marketing and branding.

    The integration aims to eliminate friction points for brokerages, enabling faster campaigns, stronger branding, and a better agent experience. According to Rechat CTO Emil Sedgh, speed and consistency are the biggest challenges in real estate marketing, and this integration addresses that issue. "It's the perfect bridge between creativity and execution," said Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi. "You design it in Figma and it goes live in Rechat the same day, sometimes the hour."

    Rechat has been streamlining tasks to improve speed of execution, with a goal of reducing time-consuming processes. The company tested the Figma integration with a few brokerages before making it available to all users.
