edgate has promoted four key leaders to Principal: Peter DeLuca, Kristi Dowd, Alex Dubanowitz, and Laura Gregoriadis. Alongside the firm's six existing Principals, they will drive Redgate's mission to enrich lives and communities through real estate development while prioritizing organizational health.

    The promotions underscore Redgate's commitment to fostering leadership across generations within its growing company. As Kyle Warwick, a Founding Principal at Redgate, notes, "Peter, Kristi, Alex, and Laura are instrumental in propelling our mission forward, driving value for our clients, and embodying our core values of leadership, connection, and humility."

    The new Principals bring extensive experience to their roles. Peter DeLuca, with over 20 years in real estate and construction management, will lead project management and advisory work on behalf of investors and developers across the East Coast. Kristi Dowd, with more than 24 years' experience, will continue to lead real estate advisory and project management assignments for higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, and non-profit clients.

    Alex Dubanowitz, with over 20 years of multidisciplinary project leadership, will oversee project development, design, construction, and stakeholder management. Laura Gregoriadis, Redgate's Chief Financial Officer since 2022, will continue to lead financial management and performance while supporting investment strategies for Redgate Capital Partners.
