Poloner will steer the growth of RELPI’s portfolio of high‑impact meetings, events, and conferences that serve the global institutional real‑estate investment community.
Founded in 2021, RELPI’s core promise is “proximity”: small, high‑value gatherings that foster deep business connections. Poloner’s mandate is to widen the organization’s event slate, extend its worldwide reach, enrich content, and attract the next wave of industry leaders.
Prior to joining RELPI, Poloner was Corporate Development Lead at IDT Corporation, where he drove strategic initiatives for a fintech unit. He also worked in M&A at RBC Capital Markets, advised on corporate deals, and has experience in real‑estate and alternative investments. He founded and successfully exited a technology startup, underscoring his entrepreneurial drive.
