Coldwell Banker Realty's Ren Smith holds the listing for this property located at 16 Paradise Cove Road.

    The mobile home park, situated at 28128 Pacific Coast Highway, has become a popular spot for celebrities due to its proximity to the beach. Notable residents include Minnie Driver, Stevie Nicks, Betsy Johnson, Matthew McConaughey, and Pamela Anderson.
