he priciest home sale this week was a Bayside residence on Siesta Key that fetched $3.54 million. Olga Buckhannon purchased the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath property at 722 Siesta Key Circle from Dockside Homes LLC.
In Sarasota's La Linda Terrace, Douglas White and Lynn Orr sold their three-bedroom home at 2181 Hillview St. to Philip Bronstein and Jody Brott for $1.37 million. The 2020-built property has a pool and 1,924 square feet of living area.
A Siesta Key condominium changed hands in Esplanade by Siesta Key. Peter Capodice and Margaret Capodice sold the three-bedroom home at 2454 Vaccaro Drive to John and Jeanne DeCosta for $1,249,500. The 2013-built property has two bedrooms, three baths, and 2,270 square feet of living area.
Other notable sales include a Harbor House West condominium unit that went for $1 million, a Nichols home sold for $800,000, and a Burns Court residence purchased for $790,000.
In Sarasota's South Gate neighborhood, George and Catherine Axiotis sold their three-bedroom home at 2560 Sunnyside St. to Valerie Falahee and Lauren Falahee for $695,000. The 1960-built property has a pool and 1,388 square feet of living area.
A condominium in The Landings Carriagehouse was sold by Amy Pedler to Michael and Susan Shroder for $687,000. The 1982-built unit has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,770 square feet of living area.
Other sales include a Gulf Gate East home purchased for $670,000, a Siesta Key condominium that went for $1.1 million, an Island Reef condominium sold for $735,000, and a Midnight Cove II condominium unit bought for $625,000.
