he new Farm Store at Schmidt Century Farm in West Bend, WI is now open for business. Located at 5485 St. Anthony Road, the easiest way to get there is by taking STH 33 west and turning right onto Aurora Road, followed by a left turn onto St. Anthony Road. The farm will be on your right at the top of the hill.
The Farm Store features a spacious area with freezers stocked with grass-fed Black Angus beef, Duroc/Berkshire pork, and poultry. You'll also find farm-fresh eggs and recently hatched chicks. Special vendors include local honey, garlic, maple syrup, and handmade clothing.
As you explore the store, be sure to meet the Schmidt family - Deanna, Roger, Vanessa, Rodee, and Harley. They would love to welcome you to their new Farm Store.
In a special ceremony before opening day, Rev. Russ from St. Lawrence and Resurrection Catholic Church blessed the store with holy water and offered words of encouragement about new beginnings and strength of foundation.
The new Farm Store boasts a huge shopping area, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, heated tractor maintenance shop, and large meeting space. And as a special treat, you can visit newly hatched baby chicks during your visit.
The Schmidt family has been working hard to expand their business and better serve the community. Their dedication and perseverance have paid off, resulting in a beautiful new Farm Store that's now open for business.
