ttention Stevens County residents, your second half real estate taxes are due on October 15th for homestead, non-homestead, and non-agricultural properties. A penalty will be added to late payments as per law.

    To avoid penalties, you can:

    Mail your payment with a postmark date of October 15th.

    Deposit your payment in the drop box located inside the courthouse entrance at any time, up to midnight on October 15th.

    Pay online through electronic check or credit/debit card by visiting our website or calling (320) 208-6567. Note: extra fees apply.

    You can also bring your payment to our office on the second floor of the courthouse during regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
