The singer, 32, announced the news on Instagram with a series of images showcasing her enormous diamond ring and joyful reaction to the proposal. One photo suggests that Blanco, 36, popped the question in a romantic picnic setting.

    Gomez's celebrity friends were overjoyed by the news, with Taylor Swift offering to be a part of the bridal party as flower girl. Jennifer Aniston and Cardi B also congratulated the couple on their engagement.

    The pair began dating in 2023, but had previously collaborated on music projects before their romance blossomed. Gomez's professional life has flourished since they started dating, with her Rare Beauty brand valued at $2 billion and her social media following reaching new heights.

    Now that they're engaged, the couple must decide which of their many mansions will become their marital home. They have several options to choose from, including a 9,000-square-foot Encino estate purchased by Gomez in 2020 for $4.9 million.

She's also briefly owned a home in Fort Worth, TX, and rented an apartment on the Upper East Side of New York City while filming for the Hulu series "Only Murders in the Building."

    Blanco, a songwriter and author who has worked with top talents like Katy Perry and Justin Bieber, has been trying to offload his New York City apartment. The three-bedroom loft was purchased by Blanco in 2011 for $3,445,000 and is now listed for $3,750,000.
