Seregh, HBSE-backed Developer, Buys Data Analytics Firm

eregh, a developer of mixed‑use projects around sports stadiums, has purchased the analytics firm Revenue Over and Above Replacement (ROAR). The acquisition will allow Seregh to offer software that assists in planning, constructing and monetizing sports‑and‑entertainment districts. ROAR’s flagship product, Smart Districts as a Service, will apply AI and data analytics to help future developments like SoFi Stadium. In April, Seregh secured investment from Delaware North and LionTree, joining a capital stack that already includes Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and CAA. CEO Jonathan Fascitelli said the goal is to provide development and financing solutions for stadium‑adjacent mixed‑use projects. ROAR founder Adam Grossman will become Seregh’s chief analytics officer while remaining president of ROAR.
