hristie's International Real Estate Sereno has been ranked #20 on the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Top 45 Corporate Givers list for 2023. This achievement marks a significant advancement from last year's #27 ranking, demonstrating the company's growing commitment to philanthropy.

    The recognition is attributed to the efforts of the Sereno 1% For Good Charitable Foundation, which has contributed over $6 million to 550 local nonprofit organizations across 11 counties since its inception in 2012. The foundation supports initiatives in five key areas: Community Impact, Disaster Relief, Ecosystem, Education, and Equity & Access.
