Toronto-based investment firm, Bluevale Capital, plans to transform the Residence Inn in Shelton into a 96-unit apartment complex. The company, operating as CT03 LLC, has submitted an application to rezone the property at 1001 Bridgeport Ave., built in 1988, from hotel use to multifamily housing without significant renovations.
