rban Edge Properties has signed new leases at Shoppers World in Natick, MA, marking the first additions to the property since its acquisition. Three health-focused restaurants will open later this year: Atlantic Poke, Sweetgreen, and Playa Bowls.

    Atlantic Poke and Playa Bowls will share a newly built space adjacent to Best Buy, while Sweetgreen will be located next to Chipotle. The new tenants offer a mix of quick, nutritious meals. Atlantic Poke serves sushi-inspired poke bowls with fresh ingredients, while Playa Bowls emphasizes sustainability through its açaí, pitaya, and coconut bowls. Sweetgreen focuses on real food, serving salads, warm bowls, and protein-rich plates.

    "These new additions bring a healthy dining option to Shoppers World," said Joshua Birns, Vice President of Leasing at Urban Edge. "This is just the beginning of what we anticipate to come." The leasing activity involved representatives from Newmark, SRS Real Estate Partners, and Urban Edge's in-house team.
