anny Signorelli is expanding his Valley Ranch community in Porter with a new shopping district, Marketplace. The 57-acre mixed-use center will add 850,000 square feet of retail space to the existing 240-acre town center and complement a nearby 60-acre entertainment district under construction. Located near nearly 2,000 single-family homes and over 500 multifamily units, the marketplace is expected to bring in new retailers, restaurants, fitness options, and office space.
The community, situated about 30 miles northeast of downtown Houston along Grand Parkway, sees high traffic with nearly 200,000 vehicles per day. Nearby, Hope Media Group plans to develop a three-story headquarters building within Valley Ranch, featuring broadcast studios and an auditorium.
Signorelli is also developing Austin Point, a 4,700-acre master-planned town in Rosenberg, which will add 14,000 homes and dedicate 1,600 acres to commercial development. This project will create 15 million square feet of apartments, retail, office, and medical spaces.
